No prefs to manage

I try and turn on RPChat and nothing.
JVS events are again GONE
I looked in the server settings thingy
found something that said Per-Player limits
Items: 100
So yea I think if that is just boosted we have that problem solved.
But I couldn't change it

Fixed. Syntax error in the webserver on the servers copy. My copy was fine, I blame ctrl+s
