Me and my friend are going to grow marijuana

So me and my friend just bought two pockets of ''top quality'' seeds from ''some guy'', a very small ammount, ew're not going to start some big deals or anything.
I found some tutorials online, but I need some advice, and you guys seem to know a lot about this stuff.

-Should I do it on the window shelf of my room or in the basement? If I do it on the window, neighbors can report me to the police, but the basement is very cold and moist.
-Are there any special techniques I can use to make the hemp stronger?

My parents are totally okay with this, as long as I don't smoke it.

And I'm not going to tell you why I'm doing it.
Besides, who doesn't want to have it in the room? And you can make quite a fortune from selling ganja at my school.

I know this forum is rather split on the use of Cannabis and conversation of the morals and such behind it are normally allowed, but I personally can't help but find it pretty bad to condone the growth and then selling of it.
Particularly if it's illegal where you live.

We aren't allowed to discuss active piracy so I don't see why we should be allowed to discuss active drug-dealing. (Which it is if your local laws deem it to be.)

assuming it's illegal to grow them where you are > that's pretty loving stupid
assuming it's legal to grow them where you are > google is probably best. there are probably only a handful around who might know how to grow them, but I wouldn't doubt if they only knew how to obtain it for smoking.
