Terrain Unlimited Mining

[MARBLE MAN]

I was thinking about the unlimited mining mod and had a couple of ideas

My ideas:
-Map border (Not being able to go to the left forever)
-Ores (like the mining)
-Terrain (so you can only dig down)
-Day/Night (so zombies or giant scorpions can come out)
-Trees (Blocks in a tower with a ball on top)
-Animals (Animals that spawn)
-Events (maybe some input events like OnSunrise or Player>AddOre
-Crafting (Like Heed's pirate RPG thing)
-Weather (Rain or shine)
-Explosions (fire in the hole!)

I know this might take a while and I DONT EXPECT THIS TO BE RELEASED but I want to see someone attempt this...

In any case, the biggest problem with this is that people will say to just go play minecraft. But I think this would be fun with the different gameplay and style of blockland.

I agree to that, but blockland is pretty different. You cant add ores to minecraft in 5 seconds like you can with the unlimited mining.

Really, a modification to the unlimited mining mod that places the spawn aboveground with some surrounding terrain rather than already deep underground is all I would ever really want.  Sure I have some other gripes about the unlimited mining mod, but an aboveground spawn would be awesomesauce.

I also really want wooden structure-building rather than concrete, ores that make more sense, and mine carts, but that's unimportant right now.

no it isn't. it's not just minecraft, it's also the real world. stop connecting everything that has the word mining in it to that game.
