Do it like alcohol, but without an age limit. Drive while baked, get pulled over.
With an age limit. If sold in a store I mean

All the people that sell it for a living, well, would be forgeted. At least this is an alternative for them to make some sort of cash. Thus selling it in a store, the government would obviously forget with it. Age limits are alright, except, well, age limit itself.

The only way it should become legal is if it is medically prescribed for people 21 and older. And I don't mean like California's medical cards. Those are supposedly incredibly easy to obtain. They should only be for people who need them. Also 21+ because that's what it is for alcohol and they're both drugs.
Unless there's actual evidence that it does good then it shouldn't be legalized, though.

it doesn't matter how you regulate legal marijuana, people will still sell and use it illegally

If you're stupid enough to use it knowing the effects of what it can do, and suggesting you're not forced; you should not be put in jail, rather a padded room.

You are the victim of politically endorsed lies. I know several successful people who all smoked pot.

Also the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence were both written on hemp paper. so wtf.

It should stay illegal

not because it's a drug but because all the issues it would cause if it were legal

It should stay illegal
Cheaper at a drug dealer then a store.

If your stupid enough to fall into the propaganda, then you should'nt be posting stuff like that. Watch, uhhhh, lets say, watch a couple documentation films on netflix then come back.

I don't plan on using it (straight edge, man) and it really only generates more crime when it's illegal, so legalizing and regulating it would make sense.

There are some theories that it would reduce overall usage, and if it was taxed as much as tobacco, the usage could go down even more.
I'd like to see it legalized for a year, where they can switch it back and assess the statistics.

weed turns you into SATAN

Go on youtube and type in WKUK little Riddler

Should be for medical reasons.
I also think that one of those reasons can be depression, not just pain releif. The drug can make you very, very happy, which is great.
