it's actually illegal in the netherlands where it's pretty openly sold and smoked in shops, they just don't enforce it.

I think it should be legal, but have extremely high limitations and taxation on it. Similar to cigarettes, it should also have clear warnings about the affects of smoking Marijuana. I know that Marijuana is healthier then cigarettes, but it still poses a knowledgeable risk.

You've clearly never driven with someone who was high then. It actually improves your ability, sure you might forget to take a left turn and get lost somewhere, but that's beyond the point. And unless you're a bitch and can't handle the tunnel vision, you're fine. I drove to work, class and the gym high every day for like 4 years. And I have never been in an accident (except for recently when a semi t-boned me).

Buying weed off the street from stranger is actually really dangerous and this is why I only get it off dealers who are my friends/friends of friends. If weed was legalized I'm sure this would become less of an issue and besides, Alcohol is a lot more dangerous to the human body than cannabis.
