This server is a lite RP with (currently) two towns. It focuses on living in cities, running stores, hunting, and keeping up with your Minecraft life. There are a lot of friendly people that can help you with various things. If you need assistance, please ask an OP.

There's some plugin making it impossible to break any blocks placed by another player. This is incredibly annoying and makes it easy to grief your own town (see: putting sand on someone else's build site, to be stuck there permanently) if there are no admins on. :I
I'm pretty sure Towny already protects towns so is this really necessary?

Also IIRC rockslide is the mayor of Sandford (I guess this happened recently so I'm just pointing this out), and kio is selling overpriced NPC houses in the town.

Hi, I do realize the annoyance of this plugin, and we will be removing it. Rockslide is Mayor of that town and has been for about 2 days. Kio is entitled to sell prices at any price he desires, although, you can start a boycott :).
