Yeah, uh. I haven't used the game keys yet, and I already opened a support ticket, do they refund these things?

They should if it was an issue with payment.

Arenanet or whatever the hell they call themselves now has horrible customer support

1. Contact customer support.
2. Gift me a copy.

This stuff ain't free, and I already contacted them.

ill send you 40 bucks for one

$60 bucks kiddo.

I know they don't go following people around tracking keys all angry, but I'm still going to say this - Don't give those keys to anyone else. They were given through a purchase, so they are attributed to your account, In some way, they'd know you were giving those out. Since you did submit a ticket, if they find the keys are in use they could get very mad.

I'm probably exaggerating, but my point is don't give them away unless they won't give your your money back on them. And even then, hope they don't suddenly decide to give a forget and get mad you gave keys to others, which is probably unlikely.

Yeah just make a ticket and have them refunded.
