Atomic Scrambler (EDIT)

When you shoot this at a player, his/her body parts (feet, torso, and hands, NOT BOOBS OR snakeES) fly around and appear somewhere else, maybe even killing them.  It would have lots of effects going on when the person's atoms are scrambled, and sometimes when they are done, their body parts are all mixed up!

There would be commands to unscramble yourself and if an admin sets it to, it will only work in minigames!
