They wont, and im getting kind of tired of people saying that New Vegas was such a better game than 3.
After playing Fallout 1/2, I can understand why people would rather have the game like it used to be, but it will never go back.
Bethesda paid almost 6 million dollars for the Fallout IP. Its their game now and they're free to do what they like. We may not like it, but there is nothing we can do.
