Fallout 4 - Where should it be set?

Minnesota. I'd love to see the state in Fallout condition.

But what recognizable/interesting things do we have?  Remember the one time Minnesota was featured in a video game: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater.  Their rendition of Minneapolis was just a generic city, albeit with some ramps in the streets.
