I'd say Giygas, but it's so known now that people will probably be like "PFF, that's not scary"
But for a non-horror game it's pretty loving scary lol

Those used to freak me the truck out.

Eight year olds acting like drunken sailors in Pirates of the Caribbean Online.
It's right under Clowns and Bears in my fear list.

this game when on high doses of illicit substances.

Majoras mask(still), and Halo flood when I was a small lad.

Dead Hand, Orcarina of Time.

all of gmod lol i need you llamas!

he was definitely the creepiest, though.

oh, and nightmares in Psychonauts, as well as the meat circus

I didn't find any of them creepy, I think of all of them in a "Towering magical beast" kind of way. If anything, the last one was the coolest, absurdest. But I still loved it.

Oh god, I was extremely creeped out by this.

The sorrow takes the cake on this.  Majora's mask comes close but the animation makes it less scary.  If they remade it with twilight princes quality, I would reconsider.

GLaDOS and especially when she comes alive again in portal 2 but I still love her

The endless staircase in Super Mario 64 used to creep me out beyond repair.

Minecraft.

-When I fell of this huge cliff in the Nether. I was just mining, and I walked right over where a block used to be and started falling and falling and falling. Bad thing is that it was on my laptop with terrible graphics so I couldn't keep the render distance on far. And obviously if I was in the Nether I had to mine obsidian to get there.. and you know what you have to mine obsidian with.. so I was jumping around like "OH stuff OH stuff OH stuff"

I know this is sort of off topic since in Minecraft anything can happen.

EDIT

LoZ: OOT

-The Castle Town (or whatever it's called) when you're older Link, with the Zombies, creepy feel and dark background I almost pissed my pants everytime I went there.
