I have come to clarify the train!

You see, back in the golden age of the ocean liner, there used to be things known as "boat trains."

They were special trains that would depart major train stations (In the case of England, London Waterloo) and pull up, straight to the dock of whatever ocean liner it was arranged for! It was a service meant for first class passengers.

In the images of the build, the parallel gray bricks spanning the length of the dock, right next to the ship, are (placeholders for) where the tracks ran, as seen in the following image:


White Star Line's boat trains were run by London and South Western Railway, or LSWR (as seen on the sides of the coal tender, if you ever get a close look at it). The units of the train are recreations of units that I have been told are potential candidates for the consist of White Star Line's boat train on the morning that Titanic left.



So, yes, it's something meant for the dock.

The Empire State Building would still be pretty boring. Even if you did add detail to each room, I doubt they would all be unique.

I don't think it would feel so special to be in the Empire State Building in Blockland as being in/on Titanic on Blockland. Even Empire State Building is a well known and a historical building, I wouldn't choose to build it as it doesn't 'look' so special as some other buildings after all.

But how is this Empire State Building thing even related to Titanic? Or well.. It is if we talk about replicas, but building the replica of Titanic is more special as it sank 100 years ago, you can't just go look/ask someone else to take pictures for you of it, unlike Empire State Building that still stands there in NYC.

Well if you are going to make an Empire state building it would be cool if you made a working elevator and however many floors it actually has. It also needs to be bigass tall.

If you're looking for a replica building to build you could do the burj of dubai its pretty much the tallest building in the world and well its in dubai so its not a big tourist destination

I'd hate to nit-pick, but it's not the Burj Dubai. It's the Burj Khalifa. I think they changed the name during construction. And also, the UAE is one of the biggest tourist destinations in the world. They're quite low on oil, so they rely on tourism to stay alive.
