I'm having trouble with YouTube myself. Any video I click on will buffer and load extremely slow. My friends are having problems too and other websites seem fine. YouTubes servers must be sucking right now.

I used to have problems too.

Right click on the video, choose settings, and uncheck the box labeled, "Enable hardware acceleration"

It fixed my youtube.
