Author Topic: Blockland has a few mistakes.  (Read 2587 times)

Light turned on at the dark room in Tutorial, no light. Still darkness.

Discuss.

This can be casued by having the option "dynamic interior lighting"(or something like that) off.  You can find it under options->advanced
If that isn't it then...I have no clue
Nothing like this has happened to me before

One time me and nixton found a glitchy thing with vehicle spawns. What we did: He had a vehicle spawned. I wrenched the brick to respawn it. He happened to undo the vehicle spawn while i still had the wrench dialog up. Once the brick and vehicle had been deleted, I hit Respawn. The vehicle respawned at what should be a vehicle spawn. It sat there for about a second or 500ms.

Not really sure if this is much of a bug that can be fixed or anything, unless the dialog should go away or dissapear once the brick deletes.

I actually had a bizzare glitch in which I had one vehicle spawn and two vehicles (I was beta testing the B-2), when I deleted the spawn one of the planes stayed.  I even clearedAllBricks, no difference. Not sure if this is a problem with the B-2 or blockland.  Also, I have not been able to duplicate this bug.

"Alarm" and "Rounds" are normal for me. Probably some buggy add-on everyone has?

I'm not lying.

These *three erros must be the least important mistakes ever.
Map lightning will be "fixed" in v21, it'd be stupid to try to fix it, if it's a bug after all.

Maps are being removed all together. Blockland will be Slate/Slate variant only.

Well, the "fixed" was meant to be sarcastic anyways. As in, "We won't ave trouble with it anymore once it's gone.". I think I should refrain from using written sarcasm.

This is from Port:
So it sounds like Blockland tries to guess what should be capitalized but it does a terrible job of it. I guess it does something where it looks at existing names and then uses the capitalization of that to guess on the capitalization of other things.
well, "LArm" is a word that's been used, referring to the left arm, so maybe that's it
