I think it's because the user Idle is a bot that looks at her profile every like 10-15 minutes so her profile is more clicked than almost anything else so it shows up on the top.

Nope, I got the exact same recommendations when I've only looked at Stockings profile twice and I don't even know who Gum is, I don't think I've ever searched for stockings or gum either
