Every teacher in my school is a woman, excluding PE teacher 2, French teacher, and the reading specialist.
And it sucks.
The PE coaches give advantages to girls and disadvantages to boys in sports.
I used to tease this student, and we got sent to the school counseler and barely escaped principal.
When a girl teases sommeone, the teachers say, "Stop." and let it go.
Also, if a boy speaks out of hand, he gets a detention, no discussion. For girls, they get a warning.

Oh, I did that last week. They yelled their lungs out, I got sent to the counsler, and had ASD for 1 hour.

My college likes to boast equal rights, and generally keeps to it.
At the moment there are Student Union Elections going on. There's a role for "Women's Officer".
While there is no "Men's Officer", we can however get a bloke in for the position as they can't discriminate the position based on Gender.

On a serious note on my part, I have to agree with the OP.
Boys and girls are NOT equal.  Men are typically stronger, women are typically a little more inclined toward academics.  It's just nature kiddies.  
So then the teachers have to g and give those weak and fragile girls all the freaking advantages, And soon we can do nothing without punishment, while they get to go flip teachers off without trouble.

nearly all my teachers at my high school are women too, thankfully none of them pull that crap, they're mostly pretty nice

All teachers except for 3 are female in my school. The female teachers pull that crap all the time, but they never get away with it so long as one of those three guys are around. Our guidance counselor happens to be the third guy, and is completely unbiased, so we boys usually get off scot-free if stuff like that happens.
