No

I don't mind the whole point the controller at the screen to move a cursor thing, but I'm not into the idea of waving my arms around instead of just pressing buttons.

As for Kinect, I can't even take that thing seriously. Waving your arms around like an idiot is one thing, but why the hell would you want to do that with your whole body?

Let's face it: people are lazy. People like the idea of being able to swing a sword and chop people in half, but 30 minutes later they just want to sit down and continue chopping people in half without going through all that effort. I don't like them. The Wii is probably the most unused system out there-- I don't have any actual statistics but I would bet that PS3 and Xbox360 are used more than it, but it seems everybody owns one.

I remember seeing an add for the Wii and it was like "When you swing a sword or hit a drum, why should you have to press a button?"

Why?

Well, because I don't loving want to, Nintendo

Nice to see we share the same opinion. I know so many people who own a Wii, including myself, and they rarely or never use it. IMO I'd say Wii was a failure despite its sales. Xbox and PS3 were successes because they didnt rely on motion.

I'm gonna tell my grandchildren about controllers when they play games by entering the Matrix and laugh when they ask "How was that even fun?"

Without motion control, there would be so many fat people.

I don't mind motion controls unless if they make it in a such way that it will be unplayable.

And when there's motion control for like golf or something, it's like

if it requires the same amount of energy to actually golf, why the hell would I want to play a virtual version of it?

Because actual golf is so mindlovingly boring and has a lot of unfun walking/driving/carrying/everything.

And with FPSs it's so goddamn annoying

Do they even know how tiring it is to hold a white carrot on a vaguely gun-shaped stick up for 30 minutes?

It's all loving stupid and I agree the route Sony and Microsoft went was good making it only optional.

However if it was mandated into a newer system, I would really only want to see head tracking IF, like I said, It was a must. It would be cool for camera movement.

Traditional controller is absolutely fine for me though.

You wanna know how motion control is used by a fat kid? They barely move, just enough to trigger what they want. It doesn't burn calories, doesn't make them lose weight.

Motion control is just a fancy way to say "forget you" to gamers. Give us the controllers back.

i hate how polyphony made it so in GT5 you can only move the helmet cam with head tracking

Anyone also hate games that use iPod gyroscope? It's really loving annoying.

Thats not even a game system...

Also linking motion controls to obesity in any way is stupid
