Having something added to the join menu would be a good idea, as it's currently plain and boring.
Giving them more inclination to stop waiting on the join menu and actually join a server.

How about a player can choose to support a server by hitting the support button while on the join menu with the server highlighted, and if the server gets lets say 10 supports, it gets advertised. The more supports you continue to get, the longer it stays
advertised, so servers that got 10 supports that nobody joins anymore doesn't keep getting advertised.

Tried that once. Since the server preview download doesn't give a file size, Blockland seems to only download part of the image.
