Slowbeef and Diabetus.  They are the masters of making let's plays.  In fact, Slowbeef invented the video let's play.  Their commentary of Darkseed 2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCfVSRbzaMY&list=PLD59E2726F176F936&index=1&feature=plpp_video) and Dead to Rights (http://lparchive.org/Dead-to-Rights/) are the best.  Also, their Retsupurae commentary is worth watching.  I also enjoy Chip Cheezum and General Ironicus: http://chipandironicus.com/
