Author Topic: Okay, fine: The religious crackpot email rant (text wall alert)  (Read 2613 times)

I'm talking about result of the lack of religion, not whether or not atrocities are done in the name of anything.
You literally stated national socialist Germany as the creator of one of the atrocities caused by "the lack of religion". There was definitely not a lack of religion, your major problem is that the majority had a religion.

You're so loving inconsistent. You stated at first XYZ, but then changed it ("no, I meant this" kind of changing, AKA bullstuffting) once we pointed out your flaws.

Found a quote that further backs up Kalphiter's point.

"....the personification of the devil as the symbol of all evil assumes the living shape of the Jew."
- Adolf Riddler, Mein Kampf, Vol. 1 Chapter 11

my god

when i began reading the "designed DNA" part I felt like smashing my head against a wall.

I woulda slapped him

Please PM me his e-mail adress.  I need a word with him.

Please PM me his e-mail adress.  I need a word with him.
No.

we need to troll him post the eMail you prick

I just sent him a message with all the fallacies I've found, and destroyed the logic hole he tried to use to ignore "they cannot all be true, but they all can be false." He says he's gonna block me lol. As soon as I get back on a computer I'll post those.

No I will not give you the email. Fire cycle probably just wants to compliment him and ask for tips.

It's funny because the atrocities committed by religion are dwarfed by atheism.

The single largest killer in all of human history is, by far, atheistic Communism with a total of 110,000,000 … over 1/3 of all people ever killed. If we add to that number just two other regimes where religion of any sort was strongly discouraged, national socialist Germany and Nationalist China, the number rises to 141,160,000. Almost 50% of all the killings in human history were committed in the past 100 years by regimes that either actively promoted atheism or strongly discouraged religion.

Not in the name of Athiesm. In the name of communism.
Hail Stalin.

Bump. I remember Thar was going to look this over the next day.

lol not meee

By "Lord" didn't Riddler mean something to do with Valhalla or something?

OR this is just the History Channel tainting my mind.
Riddler thought the Aryans origionated from the Scadinavians or there was some sort of connection between the two.

Also I find it ironic that Christians pray to their all forgiving lord, but they can't forgive the actions of others and hold the same grudges their ancestors held.

hey pal, i don't hold any 'ancient grudges my ancestors held'. where are you getting this crap from anyway? or are you just making that up?

Honestly, a mistranslated book written by people with the intelligence of cave men is in no way to be respected, yet alone believed by any who really thinks about it. In the words of Thomas Paine:
“All the tales of miracles, with which the Old and New Testament are filled, are fit only for impostors to preach and fools to believe.”

[tangent]

Cave men weren't stupid.
They were of about the same intelligence as us but they just don't have the tools we do.

[/tangent]

OT: I stopped having any spiritual beliefs when I realized how little sense they made.

Except cave men weren't stupid.
They were approximately of the same intelligence as us but they just don't have the tools we do.

Or the prepositions.
