Question: How does Heller fly?

if it's anything like the first game, which I assume it is, he's not actually "flying." in the first game when you play as Mercer, his "flying" is just him spreading out his jacket and is called "gliding." you can control your horizontal position but you can't go upwards.

Yeah it's more like gliding.  You don't really "fly" like Superman or anything.

I always loved to use that super-dash-forward move while gliding because it reset your glide time, so you could more than triple the distance you could normally glide.

firstly there's a new player, secondly there's loads of new abilities 'n stuff, thirdly I don't know any more about it because I haven't actually played it yet due to the PC version being delayed for 3 months and me not having a PS3 or Xbox 360.

I picked up the PC version, loaded up my old save from late 2010.

my absolute favorite thing to do was to run up the side of a really tall building, get to the top, glide off the edge a little ways, and then bulletdive drop to the ground and wreck the forget out of anything in the AOE of the impact. worked really well in 4-way intersections of streets.

entertained me for hours on end.
