The minimum framerate for anything good is 24 FPS. Although this may be invalid since we used LCD screens now. Or was I thinking about interlacing?

Framerate is fine. Whenever you do make a video though, there's always more to it rather than just good editing or good filming. Attract the viewer's interest.

It was decent, however you could make it even better. Just cut the timescale in half and speed it up by 200% in editing. Works like a charm.

Not very good to be honest, seeing as anyone can get fraps and record something random. But then again, thats how pretty much every blockland video goes.

But keep going at it, but try putting dialogue and some cool effects in the videos as those make them more pretty.
