What's the fourth image? I'm guessing light buffer movement.
While exposing, slightly shifting the lens' focus.
If done right and if done well, it can gives things a really nice, glassy look- like the grass in that picture. I don't do it very often because it takes far too much time and card space.

ISO - 100
Focal Length - 24mm
Max Aperture - 3.614
Exposure time - 1/250 sec.
It's pretty hard to do without making the thing look stuff, and takes a lot of trial and error to get perfect.
