I took these a while ago with my EOS 10D at an abandoned mine.
My shutter really suffered that day. Because of where I was, it was a little windy and very dusty (welcome to Australia).
But nonetheless, I got some very nice pictures.















Last picture shows a bit of the dust I caught...
It's shockingly expensive to clean shutters, especially when I used the 10D.

I got some specs on my mirror, and I'm afraid it's going to flick off into the sensor :/

Have you thought about toning down the exposure/brightness on your first picture? It looks like it's clipping a lot. You got some really nice textures in those pictures, but they don't really show. Taking pictures in bright sunlight is such a pain in the ass.

If it's an SLR, get that stuff cleaned as soon as possible.

If it's a point-and-shoot digital camera thing, don't worry about it.

Also, never try to clean it yourself unless you are actually trained. You can know what you're doing, but at the same time, there's no chance in hell you have the proper equipment. You need a little more than a cloth and compressed air.

Yeah, the 10D has an interesting glassy effect to it, like, it catches light in a very unique way.

Haven't used my 60D for a little while, I'll take it to work with me today though and try and get some fancy stuff for you :D

I take pictures with my iPhone
it has a better camera than my digital camera ;~;
