Internet Explorer 9 is an update, so you need to uninstall the update, then re-install Internet Explorer 9. Go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features\Installed Updates. Under Microsoft Windows you should find Windows Internet Explorer 9. Uninstall it, than just download it again with Firefox.

I don't see why everyone has to constantly declare Chrome better than IE. They both run fast as long as you have a good ISP and aren't stupid enough to pick up a ton of viruses.

Google Chrome has other added benefits, such as supporting HTML5.
