I'll even think of you. Be happy that I found at least one forget to give to everyone.
your forgets are more worthless than your stuffs

Very kind of you, although unfortunately this is only going to bring you opposition.

Fine I won't even do anything.
I'm abandoning this topic.

It is beyond nice to me because who don't I hate now-a-days?

I find the thought of attempting to telepathically think about someone you don't know simultaneously creepy and somewhat cute

Can we stop derailing this thread? It's about skepticism, and its effects on religion. Not religion itself.

You can't really talk about the first without having conversation on the second, especially on this forum

I'm pretty sure anybody who can post something worthwhile in this thread has the brains to stay on topic.

Anybody who can post anything worthwhile, yeah. But not everybody will post anything worthwile.
A thread like this on a public forum will never stay on topic, because religious people can and will post in it about their religion, which then leads to arguments and counterarguments

Your attitude isn't helping. At least try to keep it on topic.

I'm just saying that you can't expect everyone else to follow, and be surprised when someone says something off-topic in a thread such as this.
I'll stay on topic if everyone else is, but I can't guarantee that I won't respond to another off-topic post.

Good.

I have a question about the burden of proof video.  I thought it made a lot of good points, but why don't atheists have the burden of proof, since theism came first?

Article in a Nutshell : Thinking things through makes you less gullible to believe something some old dusty book says

First of all, atheism doesn't make any claims. It just lacks belief. This is different to saying that there's no good, it's just not believing in one.

Second of all, it doesn't matter which came first, it doesn't make the claims more or less valid or invalid, they're the same claims.
