(way how its useful is that, the bullets come back to you. so when i shoot him when he jumps, the bullet backfires and goes backwards, hitting monstro)

Friend got Wrath of the Lamb and was streaming it yesterday.  Found a 3 Dollar bill on Cellar 1 and made it all the way to Necropolis where he found a strange bottle in the treasure room.  Before I could warn him about it, he picked it up and was cursed with the dreaded Ipecac and random tear combo.  Once he got to the boss and found out it was "The Bloat" he found out what his random tear would be this time, he died because it was boomerang tears.

it will damage you at close range, the projectiles make an arch making it easier to miss etc

i hate ipecac it is horrible and it should be removed from the game due to stufftiness

So i just started playing with the DLC. One thing I dont like is how it adds a bunch of items that do... Nothing?

I just picked up cancer, and I have no idea what it does.

Just because you don't know what it does doesn't mean it doesn't do anything. They're trinkets; items that you can only hold onto one of at a time that give you certain, generally somewhat minor effects. Cancer boosts your fire rate. You can check the Item list on the wiki for the details.

Gah, I'm getting no luck playing ???. I'm tryin' to get D6 and get my golden god back, and eventually beat everything once and for all. BUT I JUST NEED A LUCKY GAME TO MAKE THIS EASIER.

UPDATE: just killed isaac with ??? and tech 2, and a bunch of other awesome items :D

yay, just killed moms heart for the first time with isaac
got some really amazing items :D



along with some eternal hearts/goat hoof/some cards/bombs

i had an ARMY OF FLIES :D


also i got two new chars when doing it judas and cain! :D
