Hello!  I need you guys to record hypnotic sounding, calming recordings that say "You're dreaming."  and I will put them into one big loop for you to download and you can download it!  
Also, some things that people may want to do in dreams that you can say:
"You are now a flying purple dinosaur"
"WE ALL LIVE IN A YELLOW SUBMARINE"

Your ability to remember your dream is not influenced by your success of become lucid necessarily.

There are already many relaxing music tracks and binaural beats that you can select from which have been tried and tested. Making your own would just be for fun. :o

They aren't for everyone you know. I try to encourage people to do it naturally using mental preparation methods.

People often believe that things like this are valid alternatives to putting the work in and doing reality checking or practicing WILD techniques. Some even spend money on other "lucid aids", but it is never as effective as doing it right from the start.

Consider musical tracks and beats as support for sleep and getting into the right frame of mind. It will not make you lucid. Its not that simple.

How do I get myself to completely still?  I suck at WILD but I want to try.

Being still is a matter of getting comfortable and just trying not to move. If you need to move, do it, because otherwise you will obsess over staying and will become tense (and you won't sleep).

For best results WILD should be done after you have slept for a few hours so your REM cycle has kicked in. If you go to bed at 8 or 9 PM you'll want to try and WILD at 1 or 2 AM. If you go to bed at midnight, you'll want to try around 5AM.
