how meny of you saw some noob post a topic in the addons sections?
well my idea is that to make it required to have ar leat 1 link or file attached to it

problem with that is, I do believe there isn't a way that would be "affordable" to detect whether the link leads to a download site or not.

So the could post a link to somewhere totally irrelevant.
If you ask me, I say we need 3 more admins who can handle themselves and others like pros.

1. Do not post ambiguous topics.  The title of your thread should describe its contents.  If you are asking a question, there should be a question mark at the end.  Ambiguous topics will be locked.

Tic-toc is actually a lot more intelligent than a lot of users on this forum when you don't look at his terrible spelling ability.

At least he tries to contribute by making a lot of good suggestions. A lot of users on this forum(like me) don't contribute at all.
