I was skateboarding for like two hours and now my left ankle hurts like hell.

Were you just skating, or did you fall on it or twist it at all?

I did this like two hours ago and it still hurts as much at it did before.

well, it's probably not going to heal within a few hours. did you have any hard landings or something?

No hard landings, but I did a few tricks wich include jumping.

I guess I'll just wait untill morning and see if it gets better. Thanks for the help and all that

i remember a few months ago i did something to my neck by just turning it a bit. i could barely move it without incredible pain for several days. it's possible that you managed to do something similar to what i did? i'm not exactly sure what had happened, but one of my friends suggested that i had accidentally ripped something, since that was the case when he had it happen to him.

Walk it off isn't going to work in your situation.

Either put an icepack on it to stop the swelling or take a warm bath to stop the pain.
