Perhaps I'll get a friend or two to do this in my house, I'll dress up in some dark costume and hide and try to scare the stuff out of them.

I've seen Spirits, Demons, all that stuff. If anyone should be afraid it should be me because I know how mean them sons of bitches are.

Apparently they're making a movie off of this?

Quick story for you. You're probably not going to believe it, but it is indeed true.

A group of priests from the Church once found a "hellgate" in a populated town. A hellgate is a particularly unholy place for one reason or another, allowing dark spirits to pass through.  They decided that to keep the town safe, they would build a church right on top of it and put a bunch of willing priests in there, and pray often.

Several months later and all of the priests were dead. Died inside of the church due to freak accidents. Shelves falling, things crack and falling on them, sharp objects, then tripping onto solid stone, cracking their head...

To this day the church remains abandoned, though I don't know the location/name, sadly. I wasn't told much more then that.

I'm not going to pretend that I have had horrible encounters with spirits and demons, but I will say that a number of my family members have had spiritual connections/run ins, including my own father. And me as well, now that I think of it, but nothing extreme.

source, please?
I would, but as mentioned, it was told to me by a friend, and I wasn't given specifics on locations and such. I'll do a quick wiki/google run through.

I was given the gift of that 6th sense to see it all. It runs in parts of my family.

I've seen things that chill me to the bone and make me shiver. At least if I start getting to hot all I have to do is remember those experiences and then I'll freeze.

yes. your friend has to do the same steps with the same materials individually.

The 2nd most fun a human can have is through fear. It's a thriller.

but humans don't enjoy fear

sometimes i wish i could get rid of fear but then i think i don't know if my own common sense alone would protect me from danger that causes fear.
