Verizon is a piece of stuff money-hog greedy company.Their commercials really piss me off because of how untrue they are. They're also overpriced and don't give a stuff about their subscribers.
Oh, forget fios. I use Verizon for my phone service, and it's been flawless in my opinion. I get five bars almost everywhere, and our family price has been pretty good. :o

Elaborate on VALVe
As far as VALVe goes, I'll say that it belongs more on an average-bad list as there are tons of companies worse than it. Yeah, VALVe has a few good things. VALVe hasn't really given a stuff for its players, which is something I've realized with my experience playing TF2.
