What is it?Super Monday Night Combat (SMNC) is a free-to-play 3rd person shooter, built as a DOTA-style game. It uses class warfare, and leveling to pit two teams of 5 against eachother. It is set in the near future.
The classes
Assassin (Commando): A commando, uses knives, swords, and stealth to sneak past enemies.

Assault (Striker): A general-purpose infantry, uses an SMG and a grenade launcher to deal damage.

Cheston (Enforcer): An ape who uses a grenade launcher and a club to deal damge. Tends to stick to the front line.

Combat Girl (Defender): A major support character, using a medigun and placing mini-turrets all over the place.

Gunner (Enforcer): Uses machine guns and high health to deal massive damage. Tends to stay in the front line, and can turn himself into a turret.

Gunslinger (Sharpshooter): A sniper who just hides and shoots, although he can be decent in closer range.

Karl (Striker): A robot who throws grenades, always trying to deal massive damage in bursts.

Leo (Defender): A more defensive character, he uses a couple of average rifle-like weapons. He moves by rolling around on a ball.

Megabeth (Striker): (My personal favorite) Uses a rocket launcher and an automatic pistol to deal heavy damage, uses skates and can throw a frisbee.

Sniper (Sharpshooter): Another sniper, but sets traps, but has no decent close-range weaponry.

Captain Spark (Commando): Similar to Assassin, but uses a pistol for his secondary, and can teleport.

Support (Defender): Has a medigun and a shotgun, and can call in airstrikes.

Tank (Enforcer): Has a minigun and a railgun, can give himself a shield, can throw grenades, and can charge. He has a lot of health, and tends to stick to the front line.

Veteran (Enforcer): Fires balls of energy, has a long distance grapple as opposed to the standard melee-range grapple of all the other classes.

Wascot (Commando): A doppleganger of the SMNC mascot, he tends to fire his fake-coin gun and hide in the shadows.
How to play:You are a member of a 5-man team trying to get your bots across to your opponents moneyball. As you do this, you will be fighting enemy bots, and enemies themselves. Every bot kill or enemy kill will give you money, which you have to collect a certain amount to level up. They will also drop some money that anyone can pick up, so the best kills are close to you instead of close to them. Be careful not to get yourself killed, as there is a delay for respawn, and, as the game goes on, it gets longer, sometimes all the way to a half a minute.
Turrets are on both sides, slowing down your enemies, but also yourself. All of your opponents' turrets must be destroyed before your bots can reach your opponents' moneyball.
There are no one-hit-kill moves, except throwing enemies off the map. As such, you want to be careful where you walk, as you can get too close to the edge and get thrown out.
Where do I get this amazing game? From here. However, it is still a beta, and the rules are always changing. It is now in full release.
