My ferret is getting surgery on her tail at the end of the month

So she has this big... thing. I have no idea what to call it, but it's some hard growth on the end of her tail. She's getting surgery to have it removed, and my mother will be there if something happens involving blood. I love that damn animal, and if something happens to her I'm going to kill something.
