Yeah, there are like ATM machines that you get your car to spawn from fully healed.

You use the spawn machines in Finnancial and Waterfront to respawn the car thats currently active in your inventory.

You also use these to change that car in your inventory is spawned when you use one.

You buy new cars in the Social District, and customize them there too.

I rammed a bishida at full speed in my Patriot Vegas and I went FLYING. I'm surprised I didn't hit the skybox. The physics in this game are funny sometimes.

Bought some clothes. No idea how to put them on.
I don't know how to leave groups so I can't do anything solo. :c
Plus the gameplay is stuff. Enforcers grab an automatic rifle and body armour then we can't win.

If you're having trouble with your star, burst fire it. That usally helps. Plus the armor is just cosmetic.

Anyways to put on clothes go to clothes computer and double click them. I wouldn't know for sure though, I haven't changed mine in a few weeks.

They might have the Kevlar Implants Mod.

Also what kind of tactics do you use? I might be able to recommend a weapon.
