Yes it does. I use it. It's an uploader that you drag and drop from wherever on your computer and it uploads in seconds. You can also just right click the image and click "open in ImageShack Uploader". It's neato. I love ImageShack.

I use imgur.com for images.
I use my own hosting for miscellaneous other things.
