Author Topic: Toe cramps  (Read 2630 times)

I've been getting pretty bad cramps on my toes, mainly my left foot.
How can I prevent this? Is it bad :(?

Try to keep yourself from flexing it to hard.

I get random cramps in my whole left leg if I move it to fast or flex it to hard.

I get foot cramps when I'm trying to sleep. I've never had them in my toes before, though.

Same but as I said entire leg. Sometimes I can feel my muscle tighten up in time to stop it.

But react to slowly and it hurts like a bitch.

I haven't been drinking my vitamins lately, that is what my mom and dad say is causing them.

I like the part where you call it gout and then say it's goat.

On another note,

Gout (also known as podagra when it involves the big toe) is a medical condition usually characterized by recurrent attacks of acute inflammatory arthritis—a red, tender, hot, swollen joint. The metatarsal-phalangeal joint at the base of the big toe is the most commonly affected (approximately 50% of cases). However, it may also present as tophi, kidney stones, or urate nephropathy. It is caused by elevated levels of uric acid in the blood which crystallizes and the crystals are deposited in joints, tendons, and surrounding tissues.
