My history book seems more like propaganda than actual history. Not once did it ever say that America forgeted up. Example being is that it didn't mention anything bad that we did during the Vietnam War. Mostly it didn't put forth anything about the adverse effects of Agent Orange. It also sometimes outright said that certain politicians were outright wrong and bad, granted that some of them kinda were but a textbook shouldn't be biased.
