I used to shower like once every two days (I seriously had no choice, we had too many people in the house and the water bill was way too high for our broke asses) and I had horrible dandruff. Once I was able to shower once a day the dandruff was pretty much gone in a week.
To my uneducated self, your uneducated excuse seems pretty stupid.

For a lot of people, if you shower every night or even twice a day IN THE WINTER (not all seasons) your skin gets much more dry due to the dry air.
This is the only thing i hate about winter. Its true for me. All them other seasons im fine but when winter rolls around.. it sucks x.x
