yes but technically you could emulate something that you aren't supposed to.

I emulate it because I used to own the disk but it's too scratched up now. I saw it when I was taking out the trash and i though i could get it on my comp but since it was so forgeted up I just threw it away and got it.

and OP, honestly I'm not really sure. every video on youtube I've seen of this game was emulated and I don't know if you can purchase it anywhere. I'd do my research if I were you to make sure it's ok.

It's a very just situation though. There is litterally no other reasonable way to obtain this game, that is, if you live in Japan and own a PC, or if you feel like going to Japan and dishing out a couple bens
