"Enter the gates! March!"
With the last of your allies, you enter the gates. Its a bit dim inside, only lit by a torchlight. In the center of the room is a large dining table meant for about 100 people, at the end lies a raised platform, a throne resting, crusted with gold and red rubies. In front of the throne is the king, along with his posse of elite gaurds. There are five in all, 6 including the king. One of the, has what looks like a bow with blades attached too the edges. Another one is equipped with a large iron maul. Two of them have one handed longswords with engravings on the blade, and large iron round shields. The last one has a large spiked flail and a short war axe. All of them have durable looking full body plate armor, all with full head helmets. All are about 6ft tall.
The king himself has two short shortswords, both with curved blades. He has a short stature, but not too short that you would think he is a dwarf or something. He is wearing a rubied encrusted helmet and gold painted full body plate armor.
You side has 55 archers, 105 regular soldiers equipped with swords and shields, and 8 commanders with mauls or flails.
