Lord Tony is a pretty well known member, he runs a clan and makes pretty decent builds and maps. Most people don't spend as much time on the off-topic section of the forums so they wouldn't know about all the unrelated stuff, but they would hear about LT getting banned ingame.
That's still fair territory to post that with that comment, right?
