It would be like me saying I sure do love the 90s! or I sure do love the 00's! despite only recently starting to get more into different things and understanding them. (For reference I was born in '96)

i can remember things very clearly from when i was about 4+. i remember they used to have this creepy face on kidnick or whatever it was called that was basically a face on a plain color background.

13 is an old cutoff age, I would say more like 8 or 9.
