I bought Overgrowth through Amazon, but it's screwing up!

I pre-ordered Overgrowth, knowing I would get an alpha key, (Purchased through Amazon.com) but Amazon gave me two transaction IDs and that was it. I went to this: http://www.wolfire.com/spf and entered my email to try and fix it, but I never got an email about it and the webpage just said "Thanks for entering your email, contact us if you have any problems"

Somebody help.

I did contact them.

no response.

And notice how there's this cool section called "games" with the mini-description "discuss other games" which I put this in.
