I'm not offended by it, if you're talking about me when you say "children," but I really would rather anybody who comes onto my server act their age and speak maturely.
I personally just find cursing inappropriate, rude and immature-  no offense intended to anybody who does.
"oh forget, a creeper!" OMG U CURS BANBANBANBANBAN

You don't have a loving argument here, with contradictions like that. Make up your mind.

Your policy on swear words is more immature then swear words themselves. Get over it, people are gonna swear, it's the internet.

Calling someone immature for something like a no cursing rule just shows the insecurity of your own maturity.

It's not that hard not to type certain words, if you don't like the rule, don't come on the server.

What are you even talking about? I'd be the first to admit that I'm kind of an immature guy at times, so believe me...I'm not insecure about that. I'm just saying it's pretty dumb to have a rule like that.

this can be used as an argument for literally anything. example: "calling people out for something like not liking grilled cheese just shows your insecurity toward your own affinity grilled cheese."

I'm confused, you were on that server for quite a while. I thought you were having fun, why the sudden hostility? It doesn't matter how ridiculous the rule seems to you, it'd be nice if you guys respected my views and just didn't curse as long as you're on the server. Again, if it's too difficult for you not to type certain words, just don't join, it isn't that big of a deal.

Well honestly that's the truth on why many people can things out. When one call someone out for being stupid, they are probably just trying to use the other's stupidity to show how smart they are. In this case, you are using his naive hate towards cursing as a way to seem older and edgy.

I'll join the server later, because all the people who use swearing just to look cool aren't on it.

i walked around for an hour looking for a suitable desert, died from lag, went back, searched some more, and had someone yell at me and say "banbanbanbanban" because i said forget when i almost died.

Rules are rules. Whether you think they are crap or not, you have to follow them.

i don't "have" to do anything. there are rules that can be broken, and if i choose to break them that is my prerogative. i do not break them because the results of my actions would be undesirable, but in this case i don't really care about the result, considering the only people online are myst and two handicapped children.

personally I've said at least 8 expletives and haven't gotten more than a notice. Accidents happen and I think mystery understands that.
