Help me interpret girl language

Well so I'm chatting with my girlfriend (no im not trying to rub it in your face don't say that) and she asks me if I am a mamas boy. WTF so I just tell her I'm not (knowing what the term was) and she tells me  "It sucks that I am not a mamas boy" and I ask her why and she says "nvm it is complicated"
I am still trying to figure out what she was trying to imply. Do any of you have any ideas?

its complicated because if your girlfriend found out you knew she had fantasies of nailing other chicks it would probably lead to a break up

Yeah man she sounds absolutely loving handicapped.  If you feel the need to clarify, tell her that you are independent and choose what to do for yourself, even though you would do anything for your mom.
