It's not really looking good for you, I mean, he has an image, which, while able to be edited, looks far more legit than chatlogs, a majority of the time.

The only difference is, he posted an image worthy of admitting to trolling, on the forums

you can't get banned for that if its all done ingame, but on the forums, its a solid rule
