it's in the dropdown menu to choose the length of how long you want to buy something. it's ~3000GP for a perma, and at 200~300GP per match that's nothing

Currently running around with burstfire rifle (Standard Spy Hatchet it says atm) and a revolver.
Also in my equipment i have a revival thingy and a grenade.
