Forum Suggestion: Modify the "board is read" check to include sub-boards

I'm suggesting a change to the indicators to the left of each board displaying whether there is new unread content or not to default to indicating new unread content if at minimum one of it's child boards matches this same condition (although also counting for topics, not just child boards of the mentioned child board).

tl;dr: If there's unread content in RTB Listings, make the whole parent Add-Ons board display as having new content.

In addition: Make viewing a topic qualify as having read the board if all other topic were read.

Example:

• View General Discussion.
• No topics have new content.
• View a topic.
• A new post is made in the topic by an user.
• Refresh the topic. The topic is now marked as "read".
• Go to the Board Index.
• See General Discussion as having new content.
• Click, only to find out that the forum failed to register you already having seen the content from within a topic.
