Does that count though because it's an over-time ability. One actual tick of healing only scales by 0.3ap but if you add up all the ticks it adds up to 4ap scaling (You have to finish the channeling to get your AP's worth)

The second best is Nunu's ult which does 2.5, still better than Tristana.

It's so easy to look amazingly awesome while playing Riven. Fast music playing while you Broken Wings past the enemy into their AD Carry and get a triple kill. So much fun.
